Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Take the lead in designing Reclaim’s products, covering AI scheduling, collaboration workflows, enterprise features, and mobile/web experiences.

• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to identify issues, explore solutions, prototype efficiently, and deliver polished experiences.

• Set and maintain high standards for design quality, usability, and systemic thinking throughout the product.

• Conduct and analyze user research (in collaboration with PMs and support) to guide design choices and shape product strategy.

• Advocate for clarity and simplicity in a complex product landscape, ensuring users feel empowered and not overwhelmed.

• Offer a strong perspective on product decisions while remaining open to feedback and refinement.

• Contribute to establishing the long-term design vision and product identity for Reclaim at Dropbox.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing software products, preferably in B2B SaaS or productivity tools.

• Impressive portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design expertise, with a focus on intricate processes and refined UI/UX.

• Proficiency in designing for web and mobile platforms, particularly with a systemic approach.

• Strong skills in visual design, interaction design, and communication.

• Demonstrated ability to excel in fast-paced, uncertain environments with a high level of independence.

• Deep understanding and empathy for users, especially those managing busy schedules, meetings, and team coordination.

• Comfortable collaborating directly with PMs, engineers, founders, and cross-functional teams.
