• Join the Product & Engineering team at Splitero as a Senior Product Designer, responsible for the design lifecycle of homeowner-facing experiences such as the website, homeowner portal, and marketing channels.
• Collaborate closely with product leads, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, elegant, and high-performing user interfaces that drive value for homeowners.
• Work on crafting exceptional user experiences, collaborating with front-end engineers to elevate the Splitero brand and product.
• Own the full design journey in a fast-paced, product-driven environment, focusing on delivering exceptional digital experiences.
• Must have 6+ years of experience in product, UX, and UI design with a strong digital portfolio showcasing attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Figma, including advanced features, component structure, and scaling design systems.
• Strong UX mindset, user research skills, and the ability to design with empathy and structure.
• Experience in product design, marketing support, managing multiple design projects, and executing quickly.
• Excellent communication skills, experience with responsive design, and knowledge of accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with Salesforce design systems for Lightning Web Components is preferred.
• Comfortable working in small, fast-moving teams and balancing strategic thinking with executional excellence.
