• Paytient is seeking a Product Designer who is enthusiastic about the impact of Paytient's platform and mission to eliminate cost as a barrier to care.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to craft seamless and enjoyable experiences for our users as a Product Designer.
• Shape our products by comprehending user needs, translating them into intuitive designs, and validating them throughout the development process.
• Contribute directly to the health and success of the business by enhancing customer access and affordability of care.
• Conduct user research, understand customer needs deeply, and utilize data insights to drive design decisions for a delightful user experience.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define the product vision, create design solutions, and influence product direction with a focus on user empathy.
• Lead the design process from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality and consistent user experiences across multiple platforms.
• Develop high fidelity prototypes, validate them through user testing, and iterate rapidly to achieve product-market fit.
• Drive the evolution of the design system for scalability and consistency as the company expands.
• Evaluate design opportunities based on business goals, user research, and data insights to make informed decisions and assess impact.
• Foster strong design culture, contribute to process enhancements, and support the growth of the design team.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant design experience in a technology-focused company
• Strong interest in enhancing healthcare access and affordability
• Proficiency in visual design, Figma, UX principles, and prototyping methods
• Experience in leading user and market research to drive decision-making and experimentation
• Excellent product intuition and user empathy
• Ability to ideate and define new feature visions
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with autonomy and responsibility
• Strong communication skills to align stakeholders effectively
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating mobile app designs, especially in health-related fields
• Track record of shipping high-quality products in high-growth or startup settings
• Background in healthcare and fintech/payments industries
• Experience with motion design and testing methodologies
