📋 Description

• Take ownership of end-to-end product design for impactful, multi-surface experiences, focusing on touchscreen interfaces.

• Transform company and product strategies into scalable designs and user journeys.

• Create polished, animated interactions that effectively communicate motion, behavior, and state changes.

• Maintain and expand the PushPress Design System for consistent and accessible experiences across all devices.

• Develop context-aware experiences that are intuitive, conversational, and personalized.

• Innovate new patterns for efficient user workflows.

• Lead various design projects with consistency, speed, and data-driven decisions based on user research.

• Present ideas clearly and persuasively through storytelling, diagrams, and visual frameworks to align cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in designing digital products, especially in mobile and multi-device environments.

• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional design projects with measurable outcomes.

• Proficiency in Figma, as well as motion and prototyping tools.

• Deep understanding of visual and interaction design, with the ability to convey nuance and delight through animation.

• Familiarity with AI-enhanced design concepts and systems-level interaction patterns.

• Experience in extending or evolving design systems for scalable interfaces.

• Dedication to accessibility best practices for inclusive experiences.

• Strong communication skills for both high-level storytelling and detailed documentation.
