• Collaborate with Product Management, Researchers, and Engineering to gain in-depth insights into customer requirements
• Utilize both qualitative and quantitative data to drive design decisions and prioritize design initiatives
• Acquire domain expertise to guide solutions and advocate for user-centric research

• Define and uphold top-notch interaction design, UX writing, and content for a cohesive user journey
• Work closely with Engineering to enhance and execute both low- and high-fidelity designs
• Create scalable design patterns and manage the design system effectively
• Lead design reviews and workshops, staying updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements
• Promote a design-oriented approach, mentor team members, and independently manage projects
• At least 5 years of experience in product design
• Impressive portfolio showcasing expertise in UX/UI and systems thinking
• Background in working with mission-driven or complex product landscapes
