• Minimum five years of experience as a product designer with expertise in UX and UI design, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong organizational skills to independently manage workload in alignment with company priorities.
• Proficiency in strategic product design thinking and transitioning from discovery to execution iteratively.
• Experience with Design Systems, particularly using Figma, and knowledge of accessibility and usability standards.
• Familiarity with WCAG guidelines and German BITV2.0, as well as creating web and mobile designs.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English with at least advanced German proficiency for user research sessions.
• Bonus points for experience working with UX Researchers or contributing to discovery efforts.
