📋 Description

• Be part of a vibrant design team comprising over 30 designers dedicated to improving user experience.

• This position for a Senior Product Designer is remote.

• Utilize various methods to conduct and analyze user research for in-depth insights.

• Collaborate with the Product Manager in performing discovery research.

• Transform user insights and business needs into concept designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

• Engage closely with a global design team and key stakeholders.

• Work in tandem with developers to ensure the highest quality implementation of designs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 7+ years of experience in end-to-end product design, emphasizing user research and interaction design.

• Previous exposure to data-intensive software and intricate use cases.

• Showcased ability to challenge existing assumptions and product requirements based on user research.

• Experience collaborating directly with developers during implementation.

• Comfortable presenting designs and explaining design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Demonstrated effectiveness in an international setting with stakeholders in the US and Europe.

• Ability to self-manage and contribute positively to a team environment, sharing knowledge and solving problems collaboratively.
