• Responsible for leading the entire product design process from research and discovery to final designs and hand-offs.
• Create comprehensive designs for key roadmap projects, including wireframes, polished UI, and design specs.
• Conduct usability tests and participate in discovery interviews to uncover valuable insights for Prerender 2.0.
• Expand and enhance the design system to maintain product consistency.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation and alignment.
• Promote design best practices, processes, and systems throughout the organization to shape the design culture.
• Directly report to the Director of Product as a strategic design partner.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, preferably in B2B SaaS or technical products.
• Proficiency in UX and UI design with the ability to simplify complex technical workflows.
• Skilled in research and facilitation, including conducting interviews, usability tests, and workshops.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations and working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with data analysis and using user behavior insights to guide design decisions.
• Bonus: Knowledge of SEO or AI-driven products.
