• We are in search of a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Product Designer to become part of our vibrant team. In this crucial position, you will play a significant role in ongoing impactful work throughout the Salesloft platform, designing both new and existing AI agents. Your contributions will be pivotal in crafting intuitive, powerful experiences that harness artificial intelligence to empower our users and drive meaningful business outcomes.
• Take charge of designing product initiatives while championing for the end-user in all aspects related to our core platform; from wireframes and prototypes to creating aesthetically pleasing UI. • Lead the comprehensive design of intricate product initiatives, with a strong emphasis on AI agent development. This encompasses brainstorming, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and delivering detailed UI specifications.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to transform complex AI functionalities into refined and user-friendly designs.
• Clearly articulate design solutions to diverse teams and executive stakeholders. To excel in this role, staying abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer requirements is essential.
• Develop a deep comprehension of AI functionality and effective design for AI-driven experiences, ensuring our agents are intelligent, adaptable, and seamlessly integrated into user workflows.
• Advocate for the end-user throughout the product life cycle, guaranteeing our AI agents solve real issues and boost productivity.
• Contribute to our design system and uphold consistency across the Salesloft platform.
• Seasoned Product Designer (6+ years): Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end product design, showcased through a robust portfolio highlighting influence and design processes.
• Proficient in AI Design: Experience in designing for AI-driven products and/or a strong interest in emerging AI design trends.
• Mastery of design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• User-Focused & Data-Driven: Solid foundation in user-centered design, utilizing insights, analytics, and best practices to guide design decisions while advocating for the user throughout development.
• Effective Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional communication of design choices, negotiation of trade-offs with product and engineering teams, and spearheading creative processes within an Agile setting.
• Systematic Thinker & Advocate: Designs for scalability and uniformity, actively contributing to and advocating for design systems.
• Strategic & Business-Oriented: Proficient in understanding and conveying business objectives for product areas, ensuring design aligns with strategic aims.
• Deadline-Driven & Productive: Demonstrated ability to plan and execute tasks efficiently, optimizing productivity within development methodologies.
• UI/UX Expertise: Possesses thorough knowledge of user interface best practices and standards, utilizing research and theory to support recommendations.
