• Lead the entire design process from inception to completion, encompassing information architecture, wireframing, creating mock-ups, and prototyping.
• Conduct thorough user research and analyze findings to drive design choices, crafting personas, journey maps, and user flows to steer product development.
• Design visually captivating interfaces that adhere to brand standards, ensuring a cohesive look and feel across all platforms.
• Build prototypes to test concepts and gather feedback, refining designs based on user input and testing results.
• Clearly communicate the rationale behind design decisions to team members and stakeholders.
• Gather insights from user interviews and testing to identify issues and make informed design choices.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to uphold high-quality implementation and user experience for all products launched.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of continual learning and growth.
• Encourage open communication and contribute to a transparent and collaborative work environment.
• Minimum of 4 years of extensive experience as a Product Designer or UX Researcher, with a portfolio showcasing web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in leading the entire design process from start to finish.
• Strong portfolio featuring case studies illustrating expertise in design thinking, process, UX/UI, and visual design skills.
• Skilled in user research techniques, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of design systems and UI patterns.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain design choices to key stakeholders effectively.
• Willingness to give, receive, and seek feedback from team members to consistently elevate quality standards.
• Familiarity with contemporary design tools like Figma or equivalent platforms.
