Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely and efficiently with Product Management to identify needs, swiftly build prototypes, test and iterate, in order to craft optimal solutions

• Partner with the product management team to transform research insights into UX and UI solutions that align with customer and business requirements

• Conduct and engage in customer and end-user research/synthesis activities

• Lead usability testing and validation sessions with end-users and focus groups

• Work closely with Marketing and brand teams to establish consistent iconography, brand identity, and design language throughout products and promotional materials

• Utilize various skills (sketching, prototyping, specification) to define and convey interaction concepts

• Develop information architecture, application flows, and application screen wireframes

• Create rapid paper prototypes to showcase user and application flows

• Implement interface and interaction principles and frameworks

• Generate UI concepts through quick sketches and lead group brainstorming and design review sessions

• Produce low and high fidelity visual prototypes to illustrate UI solution concepts

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's or master's degree in Arts, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Media Arts, or a related field

• Demonstrate previous experience in user experience and visual design for desktop and touch interface devices

• Have at least 7 years of experience in crafting user interface design for web, mobile-web, iOS, and Android applications

• Ability to communicate design concepts through sketches, wireframes, and paper prototypes

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, and other popular design tools

• Capable of prototyping in Figma or similar prototyping tools

• Experience in designing for responsive web applications

• Nice to Have: Interest, experience, and enthusiasm for clean energy, renewables, smart home technologies, and smart grid systems
