• We are in search of a Senior Product Designer who possesses outstanding skills in design, systems thinking, and the ability to simplify complexity into clarity. If you excel at your craft, design intentionally, prototype efficiently, and create moments of delight in functional flows, we want to meet you!
• 6 or more years of product design experience showcasing expertise in systems thinking, interaction, and visual design through your portfolio
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and prototyping
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles, with a focus on design systems and reusable foundations
• Experience designing for various touchpoints such as web, mobile, voice, and emerging interfaces
• Skillful use of motion and microinteractions to engage users effectively
• Familiarity with gamification principles and the ability to identify where they can provide genuine value
• Comfort with AI tools to accelerate the transition from concept to prototype and bring innovative ideas to life
