• We are seeking a Senior Product Designer who is passionate about creating human-centered, inspiring experiences for our members.

• You will be responsible for crafting the entire member journey on our web application, ensuring that each interaction instills confidence, clarity, and delight.

• Lead design initiatives to assist members in defining and achieving their individual life goals.

• This role involves close collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams.

• Directly report to the Head of Product Design.

⛳️ Requirements

• Submission of an online portfolio is mandatory.

• Showcases outstanding end-to-end product designs that emphasize user-centered processes, inspirational visuals, and measurable outcomes.

• Minimum of 7 years experience as an in-house Product Designer.

• Proficiency in designing for consumer applications is essential.

• Advanced skills in mixed-methods user research (qualitative & quantitative) and A/B testing.

• Expertise in major design frameworks (e.g., Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind); preference for MUI.

• Mastery in user-centered design and effectively communicating UX principles to non-designers.

• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Experience working in cross-functional teams.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
