• Responsible for addressing cross-product challenges by defining, designing, and overseeing experiences that cover the entire product range to ensure coherence and prevent isolation.
• Contribute to the development of design systems by applying systems thinking, setting standards, and resolving issues related to consistency, scalability, and accessibility.
• Explore and implement AI features in designs, experimenting with AI and automation in customer features, predictive tools, and design workflows.
• Collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Researchers, and Content Designers to drive meaningful partnerships and lead across functions.
• Define success metrics, validate with analytics and qualitative insights, and continuously iterate to deliver value to users and achieve business objectives.
• Foster an inclusive and innovative culture within the team by elevating skills, mentoring others, providing feedback, and shaping the future of UX at HubSpot.
• Showcase expertise in Product Design through a portfolio demonstrating craftsmanship, systems thinking, and impact on users and the business in complex, scalable, or platform environments with at least three recent case studies.
• Display collaborative leadership, systems thinking, adaptability, curiosity in AI and automation, and a growth mindset.

• The cash compensation includes base salary, on-target commission, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan.
• Eligible roles may participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs).
