Senior ServiceNow UX/UI Designer

📋 Description

• Responsible for implementing a UX Strategy based on functional, technical requirements, and business goals

• Deliver cutting-edge solutions for professional services projects, ensuring top-notch client and user experience

• Conduct peer reviews to uphold best practices and quality standards

• Lead meetings, brainstorms, and design reviews

• Initiate discussions to define system requirements, challenges, and objectives

• Gather requirements and feedback effectively

• Create initial design concepts, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma

• Develop journey maps and user flows for use case visualization

• Present design artifacts and reasoning behind decisions

• Perform design quality assurance processes

• Manage and update the Figma design system

• Acquire and share product knowledge within the team

• Implement design sprints and methodologies

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in UX/UI Design

• 1-3 years of Agency experience or handling multiple clients concurrently

• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform or similar Enterprise Solutions (SaaS)

• Showcase of refined work examples or portfolio is highly desirable

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client presentations

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Proficient problem-solving abilities, simplifying complex scenarios

• Strong relationship management skills across all levels

• Ability to design user-friendly interfaces for web-based products

• Skilled in creating wireframes and high-fidelity mockups

• Familiarity with design systems and workflows

• Commitment to delivering high customer satisfaction levels

• Comfortable working in a dynamic organizational structure

• Adaptability to ambiguity and change
