• Drive the development of the Bluefish platform by implementing impactful features that meet user and business requirements
• Lead the design process from idea generation to final execution, working closely with product and engineering teams to create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and UI solutions that enhance the overall customer experience
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business objectives and technical limitations
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative methods to gather user insights and make informed design decisions
• Maintain and enhance the design system to maintain a consistent and scalable design language across all products
• Take ownership of key design projects, ensuring thoughtful conceptualization, efficient execution, and successful implementation for users
• Minimum 5 years of UX design experience or related field, along with a degree in interactive design, HCI, or a related discipline
• Proficiency in designing for B2B SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, and data-rich dashboards in fast-paced product environments
• Experience working with design systems and component libraries to create scalable and cohesive design solutions
• Strong skills in industry-standard design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc., to develop functional prototypes for testing
• Ability to work iteratively in an agile engineering setting, collaborating closely with product managers and developers
• Hands-on experience in user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to refine design decisions
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design rationale to all levels of the organization, including executives
