• Engage in early product definition by participating in discovery sessions to identify customer pain points and opportunities.
• Utilize design tools effectively to deliver concepts and facilitate collaboration among teams.
• Play a crucial role in end-to-end product design, understanding customer needs, framing problems, defining visual designs, and creating prototypes.
• Contribute to our internal design system, best practices, and guidelines by designing within existing standards and creating new ones.
• Present visual concepts adeptly to stakeholders, create high-fidelity design assets, and collaborate with technology colleagues for successful product delivery.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of UX and UI design experience with strong visual and interaction design skills.
• Experience in B2B or complex workflows, working with Product and Tech partners, and familiarity with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe products.
