• Work closely with product managers, technical leads, developers, customers, and other stakeholders to comprehend, define, and clarify requirements.
• Skillfully utilize Figma for creating design systems, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes in a structured manner.
• Garner support for ideas, designs, and best practices while motivating and inspiring stakeholders.
• Contribute to a design system through shared documentation and componentry, guided by a profound understanding of atomic design principles.
• Consistently apply robust information architecture to each new design.
• Utilize research methods like participatory design, ethnographic studies, and user interviews to understand user thinking and behavior.
• Utilize research findings to drive innovative concepts forward.
• Develop and validate personas to aid the team in making informed decisions.
• Create prototypes, capable of generating a high number of concepts rapidly, and iterate based on feedback.
• Collaborate with developers and fellow designers to implement scalable solutions in alignment with the design system or shared patterns across products.
• Drive the process of identifying and validating significant problems, including creating test plans, scripting interviews, and writing surveys.
• Validate designs with users through various testing methods like unmoderated testing, moderated testing, and A/B testing, and adapt to required tools for facilitating testing.
• Conduct workshops to effectively understand user needs with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze and interpret data to guide design decisions.
• Utilize analytics tools like Pendo or Google Analytics to derive insights from user behavior.
• Implement lean UX best practices in UX responsibilities.
• Advocate tirelessly for exceptional user experience.
• Assist in developing design patterns and applying them to designs.
• Minimum of four (4) years of relevant UX design experience
• Proficiency in Agile development methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban
• Familiarity and practical experience with Lean UX methods and tools
• Detail-oriented with effective time and objective management skills
• Excellent communicator across various platforms
• Enjoys exploring new approaches, measuring impact, and making adjustments accordingly
• Positive attitude with a passion for collaborating in strong teams
• Comfortable with conflict resolution and prioritizing product and team benefits over personal ego
• Adaptable to change and uncertainty
• Strong interpersonal and client management abilities
• Experience in working with business stakeholders and technical teams for requirements analysis and documentation
• Proficient in utilizing Figma for designing new functionalities
• Ability to design for accessibility and localization
• Advanced skills in interaction design and understanding of atomic design principles in design systems
• Knowledgeable about web frameworks like Bootstrap, and iOS and Android human interface guidelines
