• Take the lead in managing the entire UX process, starting from research and exploration to creating wireframes, prototypes, and delivering final designs
• Engage in user interviews and usability testing with community-based users, specifically CHWs and care managers
• Transform user insights into user-friendly design systems that cater to intricate clinical and social care workflows
• Collaborate closely with various teams such as product managers, engineers, customer success, and operations to ensure smooth implementation
• Advocate for accessibility and usability across diverse user requirements, particularly within multilingual and mobile-first communities
• Develop and uphold our design system and UI standards
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, encompassing end-to-end product design for both web and mobile applications
• Familiarity with startup environments characterized by rapid iteration cycles and a proactive approach
• Showcase a robust portfolio highlighting innovative solutions to intricate user challenges
• Demonstrate deep empathy towards users with limited digital literacy or restricted access to care
• Previous experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in Medicaid/Medicare, social determinants of health, or community-based care, is highly desirable
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
