• We are seeking a skilled Senior UX Designer to shape new user experiences and enhance existing workflows within our advanced call intelligence SaaS platform.
• As a Senior UX Designer, you will collaborate, innovate, advocate for users, bring designs to life, enhance our design practice, and shape our design system.
• Showcase a strong design portfolio demonstrating interaction design and high-fidelity visual UI design skills, especially for web applications.
• Possess significant experience (5+ years) in designing SaaS or Enterprise software products, ideally web applications, or similar experience from an agency setting.
• Have a broad UX skillset covering user research, concept development, information architecture, interaction design, usability testing, data visualization, UI design, and commitment to accessibility standards.
• Experience in Conversation Intelligence, AI, machine learning, and SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Proven ability to navigate technically complex workflows within a cross-functional team.
• Familiarity with design systems and pattern libraries to create consistent user interfaces.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions clearly and foster positive relationships with peers.
• Strategic and detail-oriented approach focused on serving customer needs effectively.
• Proficiency in Figma and willingness to explore other design tools as needed.
