• As a Senior UX Designer I, you will be integral to the product development lifecycle, contributing from ideation to product launch. Working in a collaborative UX team, each designer oversees specific product areas and is integrated into individual scrum teams. Your role involves driving product design and execution, from pitching ideas and designing experiences to communicating solutions effectively within the organization.
• Collaborating closely with Product Managers and Developers, you will craft elegant solutions to address customer challenges. The product team also includes front-end developers who share a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences across the platform.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience on a product and UX team, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Showcase a portfolio of exceptional product work reflecting robust design thinking and methodologies.
• Demonstrate the ability to articulate design rationale and conceptual ideas clearly.
• Define success metrics for new products or features and establish mechanisms to measure success post-launch.
• Stay abreast of technological advancements and explore ways to incorporate innovative concepts into your work.
• Display a natural inclination to mentor junior team members and lead by example.
• Exhibit curiosity, a thirst for knowledge, and a passion for understanding how things function.
