• Over 5 years of experience in User Experience and User Interface Design.
• Proficiency in Design Tools such as Figma, Axure, and Sketch.
• Demonstrated strong UX skills in your Portfolio.
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with agile UX methodologies and Lean UX.
• Experience in designing digital products using a minimum viable product approach.
• Ability to integrate User Research findings into the design process.
• Background in science, life sciences, chemistry, laboratories, etc.
• Experience or interest in AI tools.
• Self-motivated, curious, collaborative, and an effective communicator.
• Demonstrated ownership and leadership qualities.
