• As the leader in UX design, you will collaborate closely with various teams such as Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Marketing to ensure consistent and user-centric experiences on our platform.
• Taking charge of our design system, you will enhance usability in key journeys and assist product marketing with impactful visuals and engaging multimedia content.
• Your initial weeks will be purposeful and energizing as you delve into our mission, explore the transformation of care delivery through Tucuvi Health Manager (THM), and connect with healthcare professionals across different settings and specialties.
• By auditing the existing design system, meeting your fellow teams, and identifying areas for improvement, you will begin simplifying and enhancing the overall user experience.
• Your contributions will shape the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability as we expand, while also implementing UX enhancements based on feedback.
• Leading the development of new features from start to finish, your focus will be on scalability, clarity, and consistency, ultimately impacting user experience and platform trust.
• Proven track record in building and evolving design systems that scale across teams and products while maintaining visual and functional consistency.
• Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end UX design processes, from research and ideation to prototypes and final delivery.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams to create user-centered solutions and support product marketing through impactful visual content.
• Experience in designing for AI-powered tools, translating complex user needs into clear product experiences, and fluency in Spanish and English.
• Comfort with an AI-first mindset, iterating on user feedback, and bonus points for experience in AI-driven products, SaaS platforms, or healthcare environments.
• Familiarity with working in fast-paced, mission-driven teams with a focus on measurable impact.
