• Create interactive prototypes in line with the product vision, utilizing real-time data and robust interaction principles.
• Conduct iterative experiments: establish hypotheses and success metrics, prototype, test with users, and analyze results.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to prototype and refine intelligent workflows and user interactions.
• Simplify complex ideas into easily understandable talking points to engage with our communities during the design process.
• Coordinate with the Product Design team to ensure prototypes adhere to our design system and guidelines.
• Produce comprehensive handover materials for the incoming Moderator Tools designer.
• Minimum of 5 years experience working in design teams
• Proficiency in coding for high-quality prototypes, utilizing modern web technologies (TypeScript/JavaScript, React or Vue, HTML/CSS)
• Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or equivalent work experience in a related field
• Experience mentoring fellow designers in prototyping, with a willingness to accept feedback
• Portfolio demonstrating a variety of technical skills, creative coding, and prototyping abilities
