• The Senior UX/UI Designer will be responsible for creating innovative Business Solutions by leveraging leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a knack for out-of-the-box thinking.
• Operating within an Agile framework, the focus will be on developing new solutions and enhancing existing products continuously.
• Design and prototype user-friendly interfaces for various platforms such as web, desktop, and mobile applications, ensuring seamless and intuitive interactions.
• Develop responsive templates and design elements to facilitate content management, workflow notifications, alerts, and user engagement tailored to healthcare professionals.
• Oversee all aspects of the UI/UX design process, including concept development, wireframing, mockups, and stakeholder feedback sessions, guided by usability and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to translate complex user requirements into clear specifications and interactive prototypes, ensuring consistency across applications.
• Contribute to refining the enterprise design system by creating standardized UI components and guidelines for visual and functional uniformity.
• Encourage adoption of the design system through training and hands-on implementation in project deliverables.
• Conduct user research, usability tests, and design evaluations to enhance design decisions based on real-world feedback.
• Define and maintain information architecture and navigation systems to align with user objectives and business goals.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and other relevant security, privacy, and accessibility standards.
• Uphold alignment with company policies, procedures, and mission to contribute to organizational success.
• Must have at least 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, showcasing a strong portfolio focusing on SaaS products.
• Proficiency in Figma at an expert level, including advanced component systems, responsive design, interactive prototyping, and cross-team design system management.
• Demonstrated track record of working on B2B or enterprise-level platforms.
• Previous experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulatory settings is advantageous.
• Thorough understanding of web technology, user-centered design principles, and best practices.
• Ability to design for complex workflows, edge cases, and technical user personas.
• Practical knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and web-based information architecture.
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Engineering, and Clinical SMEs.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Self-motivated team player who thrives in a collaborative setting.
• Basic front-end skills (HTML/CSS/React) are a plus for better collaboration with development teams.
