Senior Visual Designer - UX/UI

📋 Description

• Lead the development of a fresh visual direction, tailored to our unique member base, fostering trust, and aligned with our brand values

• Enhance user experience through visually appealing design, creating intuitive interfaces for complex health data comprehension and member health progress motivation

• Expand and enhance our design system, ensuring accessibility standards are met and maintaining a cohesive visual identity

• Produce detailed visual designs to inspire others, staying updated on design trends and implementing them effectively

• Implement motion design and interactive elements to enhance usability and user engagement

• Collaborate with various teams to create consistent and user-approved experiences across mobile and web platforms

• Conduct user research to understand needs and behaviors, using insights to enhance visual design decisions and user experiences

• Foster a user-centric approach, balancing user needs with business objectives in all design endeavors

• Perform additional tasks as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in design, art, user experience, or a related field

• Possess exceptional visual and graphic design skills, along with strong communication abilities evidenced in a user-centric design portfolio

• Have 5+ years of visual and UX design experience, with a focus on healthcare or related products for 2-3 years

• Expertise in visual design, illustration, typography, design systems, and interaction design, with experience in motion and data visualization design

• Experience in consumer-facing mobile design and collaboration with clinical teams preferred

• Background in AI/ML and LLM augmented experiences desired

• Ability to communicate effectively with developers and understand mobile design capabilities

• Demonstrate a keen eye for visual design and innovative UI, with a track record of launching high-quality interactive experiences
