• Possess 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing voice or conversational interfaces, leading the conversation design process for significant products or features.
• Demonstrate expertise in Voice UX/Conversation Design or Computational Linguistics/NLP, understanding natural communication patterns to design AI interactions effectively.
• Show proficiency in speech and language technologies, with experience in working with ASR, NLU, and TTS systems, as well as conversational AI platforms like Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, or Microsoft Bot Framework.
• Exhibit basic programming skills (Python or similar) to manipulate conversational data and enhance prototypes.
• Display a solid understanding of linguistic concepts and the ability to apply them to improve language comprehension in AI, crafting dialogues that cater to diverse user expressions seamlessly.
• Possess exceptional communication skills to articulate designs clearly to various stakeholders and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, incorporating feedback and user data iteratively.
