• GDIT is seeking a Software Developer to assist a new federal program by designing, developing, and implementing software
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to innovate, create, launch, and maintain digital products and systems
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues related to software applications
• Engage with various stakeholders to devise optimal solutions for each project
• Supervise and guide junior software developers within the team
• Contribute to the creation of software user manuals
• Possess a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree
• Have over 5 years of experience in digital design
• Demonstrated ability in mentoring junior team members
• Proficient in front-end development
• Strong interest in digital accessibility and user-centered design on all platforms
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, organizational, verbal, and written skills
