•Participate in shaping the overall direction and decision-making process for product and design strategy
•Take ownership of the entire user journey and oversee all design aspects from concept development, to prototyping, to user testing, to final production
•Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and cross-functional team members to define and implement the product roadmap
•Create web and mobile interfaces that are user-friendly and easy to navigate for clients
•Engage in regular design evaluations to give and receive constructive feedback on design projects
•Must have 5+ years of experience in Product Design
•Demonstrate exceptional product thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently
•Proven track record of contributing to successful product launches within a product team
•Possess a keen eye for detail and expertise in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping
•Strong communication skills across different functions and experience in managing stakeholders
•Excel in a fast-paced and sometimes uncertain environment
•Proficient in Figma and prototyping tools
•Team player with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn from others
