• Extensive experience in designing complex workflows with various states and user roles.
• Strong aptitude for collaboration with engineering and product management teams.
• Demonstrate a systems-thinking approach and proficiency in utilizing interconnected tools.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects from ambiguity to clarity.
