📋 Description

• Work closely with various teams to ensure design feasibility.

• Create seamless experiences that align customer needs with product capabilities.

• Drive design excellence by producing high-quality artifacts from idea generation to validated prototypes.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop information architecture, user stories, journey maps, and wireframe flows.

• Translate wireframes into polished, high-fidelity interfaces.

• Conduct in-depth user behavior interviews during engineering phases to uphold design integrity.

• Analyze user behavior and pain points through regular data reviews.

• Contribute valuable insights and strategic input in key internal meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in product design or a related field.

• Showcase expertise through an impressive online portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking and craftsmanship.

• Possess over 5 years of product design experience with a proven track record of delivering impactful products.

• Strong visual design skills with hands-on experience in creating engaging user interfaces.

• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, and Abstract.

• Ability to prototype and effectively communicate design concepts using tools such as InVision, Principle, or Framer.

• Experience in user research and translating insights into actionable product features.
