• Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and launching complex enterprise-level SaaS products. Knowledge in CRM, sales-tech, or related B2B fields is advantageous.
• Proficiency in systems thinking, with the ability to break down intricate problems, comprehend system interconnections, and create scalable, maintainable, and cohesive solutions.
• Strong design instincts and expertise in translating user needs, business goals, and technical limitations into exceptional product experiences.
• Self-motivated individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in developing and managing components across various product interfaces in Figma.
• A continuous learner, always seeking ways to enhance customer experience and impact key metrics, staying abreast of modern design tools.
• Embrace experimentation, able to conduct user interviews, analyze outcomes, develop hypotheses, test with prototypes or product experiments, and iterate accordingly.
