📋 Description

•CoreWeave is a prominent AI Hyperscaler, renowned for providing cutting-edge infrastructure and managed services tailored for accelerated computing applications.

•You will have a pivotal role in crafting the appearance, functionality, and user experience of CoreWeave's developer-oriented interfaces, ensuring they are user-friendly, efficient, and in line with developer workflows.

•Your responsibilities will involve a mix of hands-on design tasks and interactive feedback sessions with users, allowing you to directly impact the usability and user satisfaction of our products.

•Design captivating and user-friendly interfaces for CoreWeave's web application.

•Engage actively with users to obtain feedback, grasp their requirements, and incorporate their insights into your design process.

•Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design objectives align with product targets and technical limitations.

•Create and refine wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Validate designs through user testing and feedback to ensure they meet user expectations and needs.

•Advocate for design excellence within CoreWeave, emphasizing the significance of user-centered design principles and best practices.

•Stay updated on the latest trends in UI/UX design and user feedback techniques, continuously enhancing your methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

•Possess 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, ideally with a background in designing for developer tools or platforms.

•Demonstrate a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI design and a profound understanding of user-centered design principles.

•Proficient in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or equivalents.

•Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, bonus: React).

•Experience in conducting user research and translating insights into design choices.

•Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively within a team setting.

•Preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
