• In the role of Product Designer at LearnLux, you will excel in combining craft, strategy, and systems.

• Minimum of 8 years experience in digital product design, with a preference for Fintech or EdTech backgrounds.
• Profound expertise in Figma, Pendo, and BI Tools (Looker, Tableau, etc).
• Demonstrated success in owning end-to-end complex product experiences and delivering user-centered solutions with elegance.
• Comfort with ambiguity, adept at problem definition and resolution.
• Strong foundation in user-centered design, with a comprehensive grasp of UX principles, usability, and interaction design.
• Proficiency in interaction design, systems thinking, and visual refinement.
• Ability to work autonomously, generate ideas quickly, and gain support across various disciplines.
• Experience in mentoring other designers and influencing design culture.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with effectiveness in cross-functional team environments.
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating problem-solving abilities, user research insights, and top-notch UI/UX design work.
