Staff Product Designer

📋 Description

• Take charge of and guide design strategy for primary product workstreams, from initial exploration to final delivery

• Provide guidance and assistance to fellow designers

• Work closely with Product Managers, engineers, data specialists, and operations teams to transform business opportunities into user-centric designs

• Conduct user research and analyze findings

• Create detailed prototypes with high fidelity

• Contribute to and expand our design framework

• Determine the application of AI and new technologies in the product

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience

• Exceptional design skills

• Strong understanding of product development

• Background in Enterprise projects

• Collaborative approach to work

• Comfortable dealing with uncertainty

• Previous involvement in real estate, finance, or other intricate industries (a plus)

• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Design, or related field (a plus)
