📋 Description

• Serve as a technical mentor for the team, aiming to adopt and replicate industry best practices to elevate the team's performance;

• Foster connections with various business areas across the organization to advocate for user-centered design principles and influence strategic decisions;

• Inspire and challenge fellow product designers to strive for excellence in their design work;

• Cultivate a positive team culture that collaborates effectively with cross-functional partners and design teams across different Nubank locations;

• Drive innovation in UX/UI/visual design execution within the team and encourage Nubank to challenge conventional norms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in Product Design encompassing UI, UX, and Research;

• Proven track record in working on digital products;

• Strong ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic and cross-functional team environment;

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced startup setting and adapt to changing priorities with agility;

• Skill in influencing prioritization within an agile framework and responding to evolving stakeholder needs.
