• Take the lead in designing for your domain, making strategic decisions on design and user experience for core features, while also driving initiatives focused on future functionality.

• Experienced individual contributor designer with a strong background in designing and innovating user interfaces.
• Ability to empathize with enterprise users and apply user-centered design techniques to create scalable design solutions for enterprise customers.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing holistic, scalable design systems and expertise in visual and interaction design fundamentals.
• Strong communication skills to build narratives around design work, provide guidance, and collaborate effectively with peers and stakeholders.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, capable of taking ownership of design for complex domains and multiple projects.
• Effective collaborator with product and engineering teams, able to build consensus and drive impactful outcomes.
• Respected voice in the organization focusing on improving design systems, product experience, and influencing quality and culture.
• Experience in designing complex B2B SaaS solutions preferred, along with embodying core values.
• Remote work experience is a plus.
