• 8-10+ years of experience in delivering top-tier B2B SaaS products on large-scale projects.
• Demonstrated ability to uphold high executional standards and make a substantial organizational impact.
• Independent in leading discovery processes and using customer insights to guide product strategy and design decisions.
• Skilled in overseeing the design process from ambiguity to concept and implementation across entire product domains.
• Strong mentorship and influencing skills, including with senior and executive management teams.
• Comfortable with navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems.
• Proven track record in driving design strategy, systemic thinking, and a keen product sense.
• Excellent communication abilities, with the capacity to clearly explain design concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proficient in managing complex projects, timelines, and proactive escalation management.
