UI/UX Designer, Direct Response and Conversion-Focused

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance landing pages customized for various direct response campaigns like email, social media, and display

• Transform marketing objectives into effective UX and UI designs, including templates, lead forms, funnels, and calls to action

• Collaborate closely with digital marketing teams to ensure a seamless user experience before and after clicking on ads

• Utilize data, A/B testing, user input, and analytics to refine designs and enhance performance metrics

• Create user-friendly interfaces for different platforms like SaaS and e-commerce, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness

• Construct interactive wireframes and prototypes to present concepts to stakeholders

• Develop user personas and journey maps to guide content and design strategies

• Work with development and content departments to implement and enhance designs in AEM

• Conduct usability tests and evaluations to pinpoint obstacles to conversions

• Manage stakeholder expectations by explaining design decisions backed by data

• Maintain and improve style guides, component libraries, and UX patterns

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of UI/UX experience focusing on conversion design in direct response marketing settings

• Impressive portfolio showcasing landing pages, funnels, and campaign-centric designs

• Experience in designing and optimizing experiences to bolster acquisition campaigns across various channels

• Proficient in Figma and project management tools like Jira

• Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and understanding of conversion rate optimization, UX principles, and responsive design

• Proven track record in user research, persona development, and mapping conversion-driven customer journeys

• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Tableau and Adobe Analytics, as well as knowledge of HTML/CSS

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, thriving in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
