• Responsible for managing and enhancing our design system to maintain consistency across various devices and platforms.
• Create visually appealing and conversion-focused web pages, landing pages, and digital experiences using Figma.
• Work closely with developers to implement designs effectively and ensure clear communication.
• Collaborate with marketing and optimization teams to develop, test, iterate, and enhance designs continuously.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and documentation to support implementation.
• Stay updated on UI/UX best practices, accessibility standards, and emerging trends and tools.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX or product design (preferably in an agency setting).
• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in design systems, web/app interfaces, and prototypes.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and workflows.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on identifying opportunities for system and experience enhancements.
