UI/UX Lead

📋 Description

• Lead the design direction and user experience of our products

• Create user-friendly interfaces for advanced robotic systems

• Manage a skilled frontend development team

• Develop and execute our UX strategy with a focus on user-centric design

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews

• Design and supervise intuitive UI/UX solutions

• Collaborate closely with product, robotics, and AI teams

• Contribute to areas such as accessibility, device & browser compatibility, internationalization, and usability standards for B2B applications

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in UI/UX design

• Demonstrated leadership in leading front-end teams

• Proficiency in interaction design, visual design, and information architecture

• Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing

• Strong understanding of accessibility standards for B2B interfaces

• Proficient with Figma or equivalent design tools, developer toolchains, and project management platforms (e.g., GitHub, Jira)

• Excellent communication, coaching, and teamwork skills with a hands-on approach

• NICE TO HAVE: Basic knowledge of front-end technologies like React and TypeScript

• Familiarity with component libraries, design systems, and collaboration with developers

• Ability to communicate effectively with developers and understand implementation trade-offs

• HELPFUL ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in robotics, 3D visualization, or real-time data UIs
