• We are looking for a talented User Experience Designer to join our team. Your role will involve designing intuitive and user-centric digital solutions for various key projects, including consumer-facing digital platforms, team member tools, document automation systems, communication tools, and AI-driven innovations.
• As an individual contributor in this newly created position, you will collaborate closely with product teams and cross-functional groups to conduct user research, create impactful designs, and deliver seamless user experiences.

• To excel in this role, you must be able to perform essential duties such as conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, collaborating with teams, iterating on designs based on feedback, designing for AI features, ensuring design consistency and accessibility, analyzing user feedback and market trends, supporting go-to-market strategies, and contributing to UX design best practices.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in UX design or related fields with a proven track record of designing successful digital products.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields like Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or Computer Science.
• Demonstrated expertise in UX design, including wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong experience in user research and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, proficiency in design and prototyping tools, and familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to advocate for user needs and drive consensus in a collaborative environment.
• Experience in designing for consumer-facing digital products, team member tools, document/data automation, or omni-channel communications tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with designing for AI-driven features and knowledge of the mortgage industry are advantageous.
