• Guide clients and project teams through the exploration of problem definitions, development of strategies, and creation of user-centered solutions
• Express complex ideas clearly to clients, team members, and managers using various assets like sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and documentation
• Communicate best practices in usability and interaction design effectively
• Organize and lead meetings, workshops, focus groups, and interviews with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and users
• Collect, document, and handle requirements with a focus on user needs
• Navigate differing viewpoints, goals, and requirements adeptly
• Minimum of six years of design experience, with exposure to various industries and sectors
• Demonstrated expertise in UX across multiple disciplines like User Research, Information Architecture, Content Strategy, and more
• Ability to collaborate closely with clients to define, test, and document user requirements using iterative research methods
• Proficiency in using wireframes and prototypes to explore ideas and establish a shared understanding of requirements
• Familiarity with industry tools for creating documentation and assets such as Balsamiq, Axure, InVision, and more
• Knowledge of current industry trends and methodologies like Design Thinking, Lean, and Agile
