• We are looking for a talented User Experience (UX) Strategist to understand the objectives of our business and end users, and develop innovative digital solutions to meet their needs.
• Joining our Digital Transformation Office, you will collaborate with a team of UX professionals to create meaningful experiences for users.
• Responsibilities include conducting user research, testing, and collaborating with various teams to identify and solve problems.
• Evaluate current digital assets, suggest improvements, and contribute to digital product plans and roadmaps.
• Ideal candidates are creative, analytical, understand human behavior, and possess excellent communication skills.
• Minimum five years of experience in UX or product management
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field, with coursework in human factors, HCI, psychology, or similar
• Proficiency in UX principles and methodologies
• Experience in conducting interviews, usability tests, and surveys
• Familiarity with UX research methods and tools, workshops, and Agile practices
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Preferred familiarity with user insights/testing platforms and Security Clearance (Reliability Status Clearance requirement)
