•You will play a crucial role within our UX and Design team in EMEA.
•As a UX Designer at DoiT, you will be entrusted with crucial decision-making duties and empowered to ensure the DoiT Console adheres to user-centric best practices.
•Develop a profound understanding of the public cloud, our company, our users, and their requirements.
•Create sketches, workflow diagrams, and high-fidelity prototypes utilizing Figma and FigJam.
•Deliver top-notch design work with a keen focus on business and customer value.
•Contribute to our user research endeavors and carry out regular usability studies and customer interviews.
•Contribute to the development of the DoiT design system.
•Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers.
•Participate in weekly design critiques, operations meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions with the design team.
•Possess a BA or BS in UX Design or relevant professional background.
•Have over 3 years of experience in the design field.
•Demonstrate expertise in resolving intricate product challenges.
•Proficient in user-centered design principles and methodologies.
•Showcase a robust portfolio highlighting both UX and UI design abilities.
•Proficient in working with Figma, Figjam, and Jira.
•Be a self-motivated individual capable of handling multiple tasks concurrently.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience interacting with various stakeholders.
•Prior experience in the public cloud sector would be advantageous.
