📋 Description

• Evaluate customer behaviors, pinpoint opportunities for problem-solving, and craft seamless, top-tier experiences for our most critical and impactful areas.

• Contribute to the design blueprint for short and long-term user experience visions across various devices and locations.

• Develop frameworks, visual representations, user flows, prototypes, and detailed mockups to convey overarching design strategies.

• Advocate for customers in a professional setting, cultivating a mutual understanding of the customer-centric overlap between design, technology, and business.

• Deliver presentations to business, design, and executive-level leadership, substantiating design decisions with data, feedback, and usability insights.

• Create scalable, innovative solutions while acknowledging current technological limitations.

• Balance user experience considerations with business objectives to inform design choices.

• Partner with the product team through collaborative workshops to drive the user-centered design process.

• Inspire the product organization with compelling storytelling rooted in human-centered design principles and research insights.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in UX/Interaction/Product Designer/Visual Design or equivalent experience in digital media.

• Minimum of 1 year of UX experience in Enterprise, ecommerce, or online mobile retail settings.

• Proficiency in agile software development tools like Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Portfolio showcasing expertise in creating customer experiences across various touchpoints and UI/interaction design.

• Master’s degree in UX/Interaction/Product Designer/Visual Design or equivalent experience.

• Experience conducting discovery and user validation interviews.

• Proficient in crafting consumer and business applications.

• Strong visual design skills demonstrated through end-to-end product design ownership.

• Skill in creating interactive experiences through prototyping software or manual methods.

• Familiarity with paired programming, Agile/Lean methodologies, and modern front-end technologies.

• Previous experience in designing e-commerce solutions, with a bonus for global market expertise.

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
