• Seeking a UX Product Designer to join the Digital Solutions Team of our Oil & Gas clients, contributing to the creation of cutting-edge digital solutions that optimize operational efficiency within their oilfield services portfolio

• Implement forward-thinking concepts to develop the next generation of software products

• Collaborate with diverse teams globally, including engineers, project managers, data scientists, technical writers, and design professionals

• Design industry-focused product experiences that enhance service delivery applications like drilling optimization platforms and reservoir modeling interfaces

• Engage in a comprehensive design process from research to final delivery

• Influence product features alongside product managers

• Create intuitive and scalable solutions that address user needs and business goals

• Perform user research, usability testing, and incorporate user feedback

• Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes

• Establish design systems and adhere to design standards

• Meet with clients to understand their requirements

• Communicate project specifications to the design team

• Research new industry areas and gather insights from customers and experts

• Conceptualize product designs and lead workshops to solve complex challenges

• Present design concepts to stakeholders and collaborate with developers for implementation

• Analyze user data to drive design decisions and stay updated on design trends and technologies

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a degree in Design, Art, Communication, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus

• Formal education in disciplines like User Interface, User Experience, or Interaction Design

• Strong skills in digital product design, project execution, and data analysis

• 5-10 years of experience in product design with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes

• Ability to articulate design decisions and work effectively in cross-functional teams
