• Take the lead in the complete design process, from brainstorming ideas to implementation, to develop outstanding user interfaces that align with our brand and product vision.
• Utilize a deep understanding of user requirements, behaviors, and challenges to create user-friendly design solutions that enhance user experiences on mobile and web interfaces.
• Collaborate with various teams including leadership, product managers, engineers, and customers to gather insights, analyze feedback, and implement design improvements based on data.
• Develop sketches, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications to effectively convey design concepts to development teams and stakeholders.
• Promote the design process, consistently share best practices, and maintain design systems to ensure a cohesive visual language and seamless user interactions across all platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and design practices, integrating them proactively into your design approach across various design aspects.
• Collaborate closely with the UX design team to foster a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.
• Showcase a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in UX strategy and refined UI execution, particularly on mobile and web platforms.
• Possess over 3 years of experience as a UX/UI designer, with a preference for cross-platform experience, delivering innovative design solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in industry-standard design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.
• Solid grasp of user-centered design principles and the ability to balance user needs with business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and visual, with the capability to effectively explain design rationale and decisions to cross-functional teams.
• Experience collaborating with developers to implement designs and knowledge of front-end development principles.
• Familiarity with design systems, usability testing, and user research methods.
• Display a curiosity for new tools, techniques, and evolving design patterns.
• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant design field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Internet of Things (IoT) devices/products is advantageous.
