• Take charge of the UI/UX design for Rivlz on both iOS and Android platforms (prioritizing mobile-first experience)
• Create and refine user flows, screens, and components using Figma or similar tools
• Translate product objectives into sleek, captivating, and functional interface designs
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design practicality and alignment
• Utilize feedback loops, user testing, and data insights to enhance usability and engagement
• Contribute to the development of design systems and brand aesthetics
• Ensure designs are user-friendly, scalable, and consistent with Rivlz’s identity and tone
• Play a role in shaping product strategy through design thinking and user-centric approaches
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing mobile-first consumer applications
• Proficiency in Figma (component systems, auto layout, prototyping)
• Strong grasp of UX principles, interaction design, and UI patterns
• Previous experience collaborating closely with developers to implement polished designs
• Ability to translate product objectives and user requirements into practical design solutions
• Comfortable designing for both iOS and Android platforms
• Exceptional visual design skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Preferred: Background in social, community, or gaming platforms
• Experience working in startup environments or fast-paced settings
• Proficient in conducting or interpreting user testing and research
• Familiarity with design systems and branding concepts
• Basic understanding of frontend development limitations
