• Creating engaging and creative graphics and intricate designs using Figma, the Adobe Cloud, and other tools
• Generating innovative design ideas for email flows and campaigns of our clients to make them stand out
• Incorporating animations and visual effects
• Crafting email design templates based on existing design guides, emails, websites, etc. for future use in emails
• Demonstrating high creativity aligned with the client's corporate identity
• Understanding the target audience of the online shop to find the right visual and design language
• Bringing your own ideas into your work
• Prior experience in media design/graphic design and ability to implement new ideas and concepts
• Proficiency in Figma and preferably basic knowledge in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, etc.) and/or other creative tools
• Creativity, teamwork skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent written German language skills
• Quick comprehension and high discipline
• Ability to work independently, organize, and complete projects on time
• Strong proficiency in German language (at least C1 level according to the GER) as a significant portion of communication with customers, colleagues, and documentation is in German
